Warranty

All products sold by Dig It Apparel® Inc. are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment. If you believe that any Dig It Apparel Inc. product you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship, or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact Dig It Apparel Inc. at 1-888-789-9596 for assistance. If product replacement is necessary, the Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent further damage in transit, whether or not the product is covered by this warranty. All shipments of replaced products by Dig It Apparel Inc. will be F.O.B. at the Dig It Apparel Inc. warehouse in Brampton, Ontario meaning Dig It will pay for shipping back to customer in Canada.

LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any Customer actions, such as mishandling, use outside of recommended application, unauthorized modification or improper repair. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Dig It Apparel Inc. specifically disclaims any implied warranties of fitness for a specific purpose. Dig It Apparel Inc. shall be limited to the actual purchase price of any defective unit or units to which a claim is made, and shall in no event include the Customer’s lost profits, goodwill or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort or other legal theory. Dig It Apparel Inc. shall not be liable for normal manufacturing defects or customary variances from specifications.
